Not a chance

Today my kids were actually looking pretty darn cute for once

hair done, clean faces, new clothes, the works.

so I thought: time for pictures!!

They thought differently.

I did not manage to get ONE picture with them looking at the camera and smiling

 I just got a bunch of these faces

 And Cal was SO interested in every little thing he saw on the ground

I really don't think he even knew I existed 

Are we done yet?

Hhmmm... this wall looks interesting, I think I'll stare at it instead

of looking at the crazy lady in front of me making strange sounds

and odd faces for no apparent reason

Hey! you were right Cal! this IS a cool plain red brick wall!

 Almost cute, until Cal dodged

 This was the best picture of Calvin all day but sadly

there happens to be a naked man in it. bummer. :)

This was a learning experience for me.

I'm not positive what I learned, 

patience? 

I should never be a children's photographer? 

My kids are not professional models?

Keep trying?

Yeah I think that's the one. :)
